At SHREE SRINIVASA Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we realize exceptional situations can happen and we offer replacement or refund for the following situations.
Non-delivery of the product
If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount.
Major defects :
Although all our products undergo a vigorous quality check before delivery, unexpected damages and defects may occur. In case of such issues, please report the problem to our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery. If the complaint is genuine, we will replace the same or provide the refund.
